Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crew Leader - KS/Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and crew members on customer sites
• Determine materials and staff requirements for projects while ensuring safety and efficiency
• Lead onboarding and training activities for new employees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• 5-7 years of experience in railroad track construction
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Certification required if operating on track controlled by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Comprehensive knowledge of track structure, construction, and maintenance
