Job Summary

Serving as a hands-on CEO Advisor to a dedicated roster of up to 75 law firm owners, the full-time salaried Fractional CEO Advisor will build and execute business growth strategies, improve operations, and strengthen financial performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute business growth strategies for law firm owners
• Improve operations, systems, and accountability across multiple businesses
• Coach owners through key business decisions and help transition firms to scalable operations

Required qualifications

• Experience owning or operating a business with full P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, systems, and organizational structures
• Proven track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency
• Experience coaching or influencing business owners or senior leaders
• Background in roles such as CEO, President, General Manager, or Operations Director
