Key responsibilities

• Build and execute business growth strategies for law firm owners
• Improve profitability and cash flow while developing organizational structures
• Coach owners through strategic business decisions and enhance operational execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in a relevant role
• Direct experience working with small to mid-sized business owners
• Ownership of business results (P&L, operations) for companies in the $500K-$50M+ range
• Proven success in improving profitability and overall business performance
• Experience in building teams and fostering organizational accountability
