To support a growing B2B professional services firm, the Fractional CFO will own financial strategy, planning, and forecasting while working in a hybrid or remote capacity on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for the firm
• Build practical reporting and dashboards focused on key financial metrics
• Design compensation and incentive structures aligned with company ownership

Required qualifications

• Experience as a fractional, interim, or full-time CFO, preferably in professional services
• Proven track record of bringing financial structure to small or privately held companies
• Ability to design compensation and incentive plans, including equity alternatives
• Practical orientation with a focus on building systems rather than large-enterprise approaches
