Seeking an experienced Fractional CFO, this part-time remote advisory role will focus on financial strategy, oversight, and risk management while advising the leadership team on tax planning and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on financial strategy and planning
• Review accounting and financial reporting processes
• Identify financial and compliance risks and provide guidance on U.S. tax planning

Required qualifications

• CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
• Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
• Experience with growth-stage businesses or private equity-backed companies preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
