Serving as a trusted financial advisor, the full-time salaried Fractional CFO will manage a portfolio of up to 30 small law firms remotely, focusing on financial leadership, strategic guidance, and client relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Fractional CFO for a portfolio of up to 30 clients
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, profitability, and business performance
• Deliver monthly financial reviews and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• Strong accounting and financial management background
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
• Experience working as an outsourced or fractional CFO
• Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business advice
