Fractional CFO

Job Summary

Serving as a Fractional CFO for multiple clients, the full-time remote position will manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting while providing strategic business advice to help small and mid-sized businesses improve profitability and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management initiatives for clients
• Review and interpret financial statements, providing actionable insights to business owners
• Support the firm's accounting team through leadership, training, and mentorship

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of overall accounting experience
• 3+ years in a CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior finance leadership role
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with small and mid-sized businesses
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
