Fractional CFO
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of law firms, the full-time salaried Fractional CFO will provide financial leadership, analyze financial data, and guide strategic business decisions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the financial leader for approximately 30 client businesses
- Review financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement and build forecasts and budgets
- Partner with business owners on strategic growth decisions and improve operational profitability
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience, specifically advising small to mid-sized businesses ($1M-$35M+ revenue)
- Direct experience managing multiple client relationships as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or similar role
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
- Experience in service-based industries is preferred
