Job Summary

Providing CFO-level financial leadership to a portfolio of approximately 25-30 small law firms, the full-time salaried Fractional CFO Advisor will manage client relationships, analyze financial data, and deliver strategic recommendations in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as CFO for approximately 25-30 clients, delivering monthly financial reviews and strategic recommendations
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, and profitability to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience managing 4 or more concurrent client relationships in an advisory or fractional CFO environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• Strong accounting and financial management background
• Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business advice
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
