Job Summary

Seeking experienced finance leaders, the part-time Fractional CFO - Healthcare will manage financial strategy for Healthcare Shares and provide fractional CFO support to healthcare startups, focusing on financial modeling, fundraising, and strategic finance in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for Healthcare Shares
• Serve as a fractional CFO for healthcare startups, assisting with financial leadership and investor reporting
• Build and review financial models, revenue forecasts, and investor materials for early-stage healthcare companies

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a CFO, fractional CFO, or finance executive, preferably in venture-backed startups or healthcare companies
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising processes
• Familiarity with healthcare business models and dynamics, including digital health and medical technology
• Ability to support both fund-level and operating company finance
• Interest in healthcare innovation and venture capital
