Fractional CFO Partner

Job Summary

To build and scale a high-growth CFO services division, the full-time salaried Partner - Fractional CFO & EOS Integrator will establish foundational client relationships, drive business development, and serve as a senior fractional CFO for key accounts in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable service frameworks and recruit finance professionals while creating repeatable processes for growth
• Deliver high-impact financial strategy and advisory services as a senior fractional CFO for key accounts
• Drive business development efforts to establish a sustainable client pipeline and expand engagements over time

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience
• Experience in fractional CFO, advisory, or outsourced financial services
• Proven ability to build and scale client service practices
• Strong operational discipline and pricing rigor
• Experience implementing or operating within EOS or comparable frameworks strongly preferred
