Fractional CFO - Remote

Job Summary

To support a growing roster of clients, the full-time salaried Fractional CFO - Remote will analyze financials, coach small business owners, and deliver insights to drive growth decisions while working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements to identify trends and risks for clients
• Provide strategic advice and accountability to small business owners
• Manage client relationships and ensure accurate financial data through collaboration with bookkeepers

Required qualifications:

• Relevant business degree with emphasis in accounting or finance preferred
• Hands-on experience advising small business owners with limited financial literacy
• Ability to explain complex financial data in simple terms
• High emotional intelligence and a strong bias for growth
• Willingness to commit to full-time hours (40-45 hours/week)
