Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership or CFO experience in ad tech, digital media, or technology companies
• Success in supporting fundraising, capital strategy, and M&A in fast-growth environments
• Strong understanding of media buying dynamics, agency economics, and SaaS models
• Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
