Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic finance partner to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate investment opportunities and guide growth versus efficiency decisions
Develop and manage the capital strategy across various options
Collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance strategic thinking and prepare board materials

Required Qualifications

Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance in venture-backed SaaS companies with $10M to $100M ARR
Involvement in fundraising and familiarity with investor dynamics and term sheets
Understanding of venture debt and its implications for company risk
Experience in establishing financial operating processes for scaling SaaS companies
Deep knowledge of SaaS economics and a strong network in the SaaS and venture ecosystem
