Job Summary

Seeking experienced Chief Financial Officers, the remote contract Fractional Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic, project-based leadership in financial operations, reporting, controls, and business planning for clients in the alternative investment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Building and optimizing finance infrastructure across alternative investment firms
• Overseeing fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• Enhancing financial reporting, internal controls, and operational transparency

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance, Controller, or equivalent senior finance leadership role
• Deep understanding of fund structures, investment operations, and financial infrastructure
• Proven track record of building scalable finance functions and improving operational processes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
