Job Summary
To support a growing demand generation strategy, the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer will design and execute inbound marketing campaigns, increase the sales pipeline, and work closely with the CEO and sales team in a fully remote, part-time engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run organic and content-led demand generation programs across multiple channels
- Increase sales pipeline by leveraging demand generation tools and improving lead conversion
- Identify high-leverage channels for reaching manufacturing decision-makers and develop effective messaging
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation for technical or industrial products
- Deep familiarity with manufacturing and industrial automation sectors
- Hands-on execution-focused approach to running marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of organic and content-led growth strategies
- Experience working with early-stage tech startups
