Job Summary

Seeking experienced Chief Operating Officers, the remote contract opportunity within the Fractional Chief Operating Officer (Advisor Network) will provide strategic, project-based leadership across operations, infrastructure, and organizational execution for clients in the alternative investment industry.

Key responsibilities

• Building, scaling, and optimizing operating infrastructure across alternative investment firms
• Overseeing front-to-back office functions, including operations, finance, compliance, and technology
• Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
• Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
