Job Summary
To support a portfolio of growing law firms, the full-time salaried Fractional CMO will manage brand strategy, execute marketing campaigns, and mentor internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and refine brand strategy and positioning for multiple law firms
- Build and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Mentor and coach business owners and internal marketing teams to enhance skills and processes
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, specifically with small to mid-sized businesses ($5M-$30M+ revenue)
- Direct experience managing multiple client relationships concurrently as a CMO or similar role
- Proven ability to translate marketing analytics into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
- Experience in service-based industries, particularly law firms, is preferred
