Job Summary

To support the Advisor Network, the remote Fractional Compliance Manager will oversee compliance initiatives, manage regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on best practices in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Provide expert guidance on compliance best practices to the Advisor Network
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance management or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the advisor industry
• Experience working with compliance tools and technologies
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulations
• Relevant certifications in compliance or risk management preferred
