Fractional Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Controller to manage accounting functions for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Controller experience
• Experience managing month-end close and reporting timelines
• Experience with financial statements, reconciliations, and audit requests
• Solid understanding of GAAP, including revenue recognition and accrual-based accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
