Fractional COO

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Fractional COO, the ideal candidate will design and implement scalable operational frameworks for multiple law firms, focusing on accountability and growth while working remotely from select states.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable operational frameworks to transform small businesses into predictable, 7-figure enterprises
• Conduct operational diagnostics to identify profit leaks and workflow bottlenecks
• Implement KPI dashboards and teach owners to manage operations based on data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience working directly with small-to-mid-sized business owners
• 12+ years of operational leadership experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations
• Proven success in scaling businesses with revenues between $1M and $35M
• A "Builder" mentality with a focus on transforming chaotic environments into smooth operations
• Strong ability to collaborate with and challenge entrepreneurial founders to execute plans effectively
