Job Summary

To support a portfolio of law firms, the full-time salaried Fractional COO will build scalable operational systems, improve efficiency, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable operational systems and workflows for law firms
• Design KPI dashboards and establish accountability rhythms
• Coach business owners to enhance operational efficiency and reduce owner-dependence

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of operational leadership experience
• Direct experience working with founders or business owners
• Full responsibility for business operations in organizations with $1M to $35M+ in annual revenue
• Successful track record in building systems, KPIs, and accountability
• Strong financial and operational business acumen
