Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Design Systems at design-forward companies or high-growth startups
• Expertise with platforms like Knapsack or Supernova for bridging design and production code
• Experience with custom Figma-to-GitHub actions or similar CI/CD integrations
• Proficient in Figma Variables, Advanced Prototyping, and Code Connect
• Fluency in JSON/style dictionaries and React component structures
