Fractional Executive Leadership Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Fractional Executive Leadership Consultant will embed within client organizations to address operational capacity gaps, oversee daily operations, and guide strategic initiatives while working remotely from select states.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed within client organizations to bridge capacity gaps and manage daily operations
• Guide boards and executive teams through organizational restructurings and transformational change management
• Co-create and implement operational strategies to ensure growth and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations or social impact initiatives
• High-level expertise in operations, strategy, finance, and organizational development
• Demonstrated experience in grantmaking and financial oversight
• Strong facilitation and collaborative skills to engage teams and support change management
• Comfort with technology and familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
