Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Fractional Executive Leadership Consultant will embed within client organizations to address operational capacity gaps, oversee daily operations, and guide strategic initiatives while working remotely from select states.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed within client organizations to bridge capacity gaps and manage daily operations
- Guide boards and executive teams through organizational restructurings and transformational change management
- Co-create and implement operational strategies to ensure growth and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations or social impact initiatives
- High-level expertise in operations, strategy, finance, and organizational development
- Demonstrated experience in grantmaking and financial oversight
- Strong facilitation and collaborative skills to engage teams and support change management
- Comfort with technology and familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
