Fractional Finance Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Fractional Finance & Strategy Lead, this full-time remote position will build financial models, analyze unit economics, and support data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build financial models, projections, and scenario plans to inform company strategy
• Analyze customer data and unit economics to guide hiring and growth plans
• Prepare materials for investor updates and manage relationships with investors

Required qualifications

• Recent experience in hands-on Finance/Strategy/BizOps roles at early-stage, VC-backed startups (Seed through C)
• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or similar strategic finance roles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and projections, particularly for SaaS products
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS metrics
• Ability to work on an hourly basis, tracking hours efficiently
