Fractional General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional General Counsel to serve as its senior legal and compliance leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program for DME, telehealth, and digital health operations
• Oversee legal and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations across multiple states
• Negotiate and manage key commercial contracts and provide legal support for strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years of legal experience, particularly in healthcare law
• Expertise in DME regulations and telehealth compliance
• Proven experience in building or running a compliance program
• Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations
