Job Summary
Seeking a Fractional Growth Lead for a full-time, fully remote position to build and execute growth strategies for eKnowID, focusing on customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, and paid campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead growth execution across customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, and paid campaigns
- Launch and test campaigns to measure performance and optimize conversion rates
- Manage HubSpot CRM for segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing or demand generation experience
- Proven success in driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including workflows and reporting
- Experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
