Job Summary

Seeking a Fractional Growth Lead for a full-time, fully remote position to build and execute growth strategies for eKnowID, focusing on customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, and paid campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and revenue.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead growth execution across customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, and paid campaigns
  • Launch and test campaigns to measure performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Manage HubSpot CRM for segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing or demand generation experience
  • Proven success in driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including workflows and reporting
  • Experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
