Job Summary
To drive significant revenue growth, the part-time contract Fractional Head of Growth will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $700K to $3M, overseeing all aspects of the marketing funnel including awareness, demand generation, and conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on achieving $3M ARR
- Manage the full marketing funnel, including awareness, demand generation, trial conversion, and customer expansion
- Collaborate with design teams and advertising agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and track key performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven experience scaling a B2B or B2G SaaS company, ideally from $1M to $3M ARR
- Strong understanding of product-led or trial-driven SaaS business models
- Experience in markets where the buyer is not a typical tech audience, with preference for govtech or edtech sectors
- Ability to analyze and drive metrics such as MRR growth and trial-to-paid conversion rates
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, direct mail outreach, and industry conference participation
