Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Strategy Coach to support B2B SaaS founders through personalized coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with SaaS founders
- Build Annual Visions and Quarterly Game plans
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client success
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience coaching SaaS founders
- 5+ years in SaaS with a deep understanding of metrics, GTM, and org design
- Strong executive presence and client rapport
- Strong understanding of business strategy, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
- Thought leadership or a strong personal brand in SaaS is a plus
