Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with SaaS founders
• Build Annual Visions and Quarterly Game plans
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client success

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience coaching SaaS founders
• 5+ years in SaaS with a deep understanding of metrics and business strategy
• Strong executive presence and ability to build client rapport
• Thought leadership or a strong personal brand in SaaS is a plus
• Ideal backgrounds include current/former SaaS founders or executives
