Fractional Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Head of Finance to manage the finance function as it scales from $2.5M to $15M+ ARR.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and automate the financial data pipeline between Stripe, HubSpot, and QuickBooks
• Create internal dashboards and reporting for SaaS metrics and sales funnel analytics
• Oversee monthly close processes and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in finance roles at high-growth B2B SaaS or usage-based companies
• Hands-on experience with Stripe's billing infrastructure and revenue recognition
• Ability to build investor-grade financial models and explain unit economics to investors
• Strong systems-building skills to automate financial processes
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment with a focus on rapid execution
