Fractional Human Resources Director

Job Summary

To support a curated network of clients in the alternative investment industry, the remote contract Fractional Human Resources Director will provide expert consulting services, focusing on developing and implementing comprehensive human resource programs for hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage human resource programs, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs
• Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices
• Analyze and utilize data and key performance indicators to influence organizational and talent decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Director of Human Resources in an Alternative Asset Firm or family office
• Strong understanding of the financial services and investment management industry
• Extensive knowledge of legal, risk, regulatory, and compliance issues in human resources
• Hands-on experience in client management regarding strategic HR issues such as talent management and organizational development
