A company is looking for a Fractional In-House Counsel (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize various legal documents and contracts
• Conduct legal research and issue-spotting in relevant areas of law
• Assist in building internal legal resources and templates for scalability

Required Qualifications

• A recent JD graduate or experienced attorney; active license is a plus
• Interest or coursework in real estate, technology law, employment law, or startups
• Strong legal writing and research skills, with relevant internship experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote setting
