Fractional Investor Relations Director

Job Summary

Experienced Directors or Heads of Investor Relations will find a remote contract opportunity as a Fractional Investor Relations Director, responsible for consulting with alternative asset firms and family offices, providing expert advice on investor relations processes, and managing client onboarding and ongoing servicing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on their investor relations needs, including developing action plans and identifying roadblocks
• Oversee all aspects of investor relations management, including client onboarding, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive investor experience
• Create and maintain marketing documents and respond to RFPs and DDQs, collaborating with internal teams to meet client and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in a similar investor relations or marketing role within a hedge fund, alternative investment firm, or family office
• Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset sectors and investment types, including public equity, private equity, and fixed income
• Demonstrated analytical skills and confident client presentation abilities, both in person and over the phone
