Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization, the part-time Fractional Marketing Leader will own the enterprise pipeline, manage the internal marketing team, and design multi-channel demand generation campaigns in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise-grade sales pipeline
- Act as the direct leader for the internal marketing team, establishing KPIs and managing day-to-day execution
- Design, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns tailored for high-ACV enterprise accounts
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in building pipeline for enterprise-level buyers with $100k+ ACV
- Highly tactical with a readiness to execute directly on marketing strategies
- Deep, hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), and ABM orchestration platforms
