Fractional Paralegal Consultant

Job Summary

To support diverse clients in the alternative asset management industry, the remote Fractional Paralegal Consultant will provide expert legal support in areas such as fund formation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support fund formation and documentation, including preparation and filing of various legal documents
• Manage investor onboarding and subscription processes, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations
• Coordinate regulatory filings and compliance matters, tracking deadlines and maintaining compliance calendars

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an Alternative Investment Firm or Family Office
• Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
• Education and work experiences that demonstrate proficiency to perform the variety of responsibilities described
