Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that align with business strategies
• Provide strategic partnership and coaching to various organizational levels
• Drive talent management strategies and oversee performance review cycles

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA preferred
• 8-10+ years of People Business Partner/Senior Management experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and DEIB
• Demonstrated project management and change management experience
