Fractional Product Strategy Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Fractional Director of Product Strategy & Design for a remote, part-time engagement, who will lead product strategy, translate vision into execution, and ensure a cohesive member experience in the development of innovative human performance technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and evolve the long-term product vision
• Translate strategy into product roadmaps, user stories, and development plans
• Guide UX/UI direction to create a premium consumer-grade experience

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in product leadership with a focus on consumer products
• Background in digital health, wellness, or human performance
• Experience with AI-enabled products and connected devices
• Familiarity with subscription platforms and behavior-change products
• Startup or early-stage company experience is preferred
