Fractional Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a large enterprise client undergoing organizational transformation, the part-time Fractional Project Manager will assess project health, establish structure, drive execution, and coordinate change management initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess project health and establish accountability to stabilize challenged projects
- Coordinate and execute organizational change management workstreams involving employee training initiatives
- Provide transparent reporting and visibility to senior leadership regarding project status and risks
Required qualifications
- CAPM certification required
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within large enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
- Proven success in rescuing or stabilizing projects that are behind schedule or at risk
- Experience supporting organizational transformation or workforce change initiatives
