Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Fractional Recruiter to work remotely with law firm clients, this hands-on role will manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions, ensuring alignment with client needs and utilizing structured methodologies to source and present qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned client law firms across all roles, including attorneys and administrative staff
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to build job blueprints and descriptions before sourcing candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide weekly updates on search status to clients
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for a mix of agency and in-house experience
- Proven track record in recruiting for small-to-mid-sized businesses across multiple role types
- Strong consultative skills and experience operating as a trusted advisor to firm owners
- Demonstrated process discipline in following structured hiring methodologies
- Experience successfully recruiting for a minimum of 5 roles simultaneously, ideally 10+
