Fractional Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Fractional Recruiter to work remotely with law firm clients, this hands-on role will manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions, ensuring alignment with client needs and utilizing structured methodologies to source and present qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned client law firms across all roles, including attorneys and administrative staff
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to build job blueprints and descriptions before sourcing candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide weekly updates on search status to clients

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for a mix of agency and in-house experience
• Proven track record in recruiting for small-to-mid-sized businesses across multiple role types
• Strong consultative skills and experience operating as a trusted advisor to firm owners
• Demonstrated process discipline in following structured hiring methodologies
• Experience successfully recruiting for a minimum of 5 roles simultaneously, ideally 10+
