Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the full-time Fractional Head of Sales will build and scale the founding sales team, oversee the hiring process, and define sales strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring process for Account Executives, defining ideal candidate profiles and conducting interviews
  • Develop onboarding plans and set 30/60/90 day goals and KPIs for new hires
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to define revenue targets and build sales processes
Required qualifications
  • Experience as a CRO or VP of Sales in SaaS startups with a track record of growth
  • Proven sales experience with mid-market or enterprise SaaS, achieving ACVs of $50K - $100K+
  • Significant management experience in hiring and coaching founding Account Executives
  • Ability to work on an hourly basis while efficiently tracking hours
  • Based in the USA or Canada
