Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Sales Manager to design and refine sales strategies for annual subscription-based packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a repeatable sales process for selling subscription packages to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Mentor the enterprise sales team in lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation
  • Support leadership in setting sales strategy, performance metrics, and conducting pipeline reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients in the USA
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing a sales team
  • 2 of the last 3 years selling SaaS or subscription technology software
  • Proven ability to coach sales teams and improve performance
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
