Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fractional Sales Manager to design and refine sales strategies for annual subscription-based packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a repeatable sales process for selling subscription packages to Fortune 1000 companies
- Mentor the enterprise sales team in lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation
- Support leadership in setting sales strategy, performance metrics, and conducting pipeline reviews
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients in the USA
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing a sales team
- 2 of the last 3 years selling SaaS or subscription technology software
- Proven ability to coach sales teams and improve performance
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
