Job Summary
Seeking experienced Directors of Talent Acquisition, the remote contract Fractional Talent Acquisition Director will consult with alternative asset firms and family offices, providing expert guidance on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various business functions while managing recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for executive and entry-level positions
- Engage with hiring managers to develop formal hiring plans and craft job descriptions tailored to organizational needs
- Implement key performance indicators to measure hiring efficiency, candidate satisfaction, and retention rates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR designation is a plus
- 7+ years of experience as Director of Talent Acquisition in an Alternative Asset Firm or Family Office
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or staffing/recruitment agency roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in hedge funds and family offices
- Proven program and project management skills with a focus on developing streamlined talent acquisition processes
