Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage Franchisees in growth strategy conversations and execute on Drive white label growth opportunities
  • Develop and foster relationships with Franchise C-suite and conduct Business Reviews to deepen partnerships
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational issues and drive improvements to enhance the Franchisee experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
  • Proven success in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics is a plus
  • Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Excel) is preferred
