Franchise Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to franchisees and support their queries
• Assist in onboarding new franchise locations and serve as a liaison between corporate and franchises
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive client results and manage billing changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of account services experience in digital marketing or relevant internship experience
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client services
• Franchise or multi-location marketing exposure
• Experience with project management systems such as Outlook, Slack, and Google Suite
