Job Summary
Franchise Account Manager, a full-time remote position focused on client services in digital marketing, responsible for supporting franchisees, managing client relationships, and assisting with onboarding and strategic documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service to franchisees and assist in onboarding new locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client results and manage billing changes
- Maintain up-to-date status reports and assist in strategic documentation development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of account services experience in digital marketing or related internship experience
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience with project management systems such as Outlook, Slack, Monday, and Google Suite
- Franchise or multi-location marketing exposure preferred
