Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant to assist franchisees in building successful and profitable businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
• Conduct annual business reviews with franchisees to establish and assist in implementing growth and profitability goals
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements and recommend operational enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
• Strong track record of creating beneficial business partnerships and collaborating effectively
• Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance for growth opportunities
• Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
• Preferred: Five or more years of experience in retail tire and automotive service management
