Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain beneficial business relationships with franchisees to achieve targets and business plans
• Conduct annual business reviews to establish growth and profitability goals and assist with exit strategies when needed
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes for growth

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
• Strong ability to create beneficial business partnerships and collaborate effectively
• Solid understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
• Preferred: Five or more years of management experience in retail tire and automotive service business
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
