Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
• Conduct annual business reviews to establish growth and profitability goals and assist with exit strategies when necessary
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements, making recommendations for operational enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
• Strong ability to analyze business performance and develop strategies for improvement
• Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
• Five or more years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
