Key Responsibilities

• Develop beneficial business relationships with franchisees and foster teamwork to achieve targets and goals
• Conduct annual business reviews with franchisees to set goals for growth, profitability, and succession plans
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements and assist in implementing new processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
• Strong track record of creating business partnerships and collaborating to achieve goals
• Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance to develop growth actions
• Understanding of financial drivers, market conditions, and competitive landscape
• Preferred: Five or more years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses
